In my early 30s (and in several periods before that), I suffered from crippling anxiety and daily panic attacks, and struggled to comprehend how a perfectly "normal" guy like me could feel so fantastically dreadful. I traveled the world to find the best methods to subdue the stress response and "raise my vibration" above what might generally be considered "normal". The interest I've paid has kept paying interest. Now a gentle but genuine bliss is accessible daily, with levels of well-being I would once not have believed possible.
